have you seen @zicklag.dev's arbiter proposal? zicklag.leaflet.pub/3mjrvb5pul224 i like that direction of thinking. & i think governance handled by an arbiter or something similar will suffice in most cases. if you need to go one level deeper, maybe shamir secrets for rotation key?

good question! yeah it would be app-level, probably in a profile record created by the space DID within the space or something like that the only time when that wouldn't work is if you need to give access to a single space (rather than all spaces of a certain type) in an oauth consent screen

but in this case the universal app isn't "universal" in the sense that it's the only thing you use. it's universal in the sense that it binds together and helps you navigate this larger network of more contextual apps. but it's all actually the same data
