If you can only name a few "explainer graphic novels" as Zach calls them, you might be delighted at the incredible variety of the genre found in this thread! Related: I call 'em "explanatory comics", though just "explainer comics" might be snappier. Hm... 🤔 ("Non-fiction comics" is too broad IMO.)

I received a copy of this some time ago, and I deeply regret I never found the time to write about it at length as I'd hoped to amidst all the chaos of recent months... A fascinating, complex, and ambitious book that's very much worth your time. 🤍
